Terms & Conditions — 399bat Platform Usage

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and 399bat (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 399bat website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and sports betting services available at https://399bat.cam (the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts and automated registrations are not permitted.

399bat reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification checks on any account at any time. Where verification is requested and not satisfactorily completed within a reasonable period, the Operator may suspend or close the account and withhold withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

Each individual may register only one account on the 399bat Platform. Players found to operate duplicate or multiple accounts may have all associated accounts suspended and balances reviewed, regardless of whether the accounts were opened with different email addresses or payment methods.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without recovery of funds held as bonus credits.

399bat accepts deposits via payment methods listed within the account deposit interface at the time of transaction. References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and cryptocurrency networks (BTC, ETH, USDT) are for contextual familiarity only and do not imply that those providers endorse or support gambling activity. Available methods may change at the Operator's discretion.

• Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are set out within the account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to real-time exchange rate conversion and network fees, which are outside the Operator's control. Converted PKR-equivalent amounts are confirmed at the time of credit to the account.

Players may request withdrawal of real-money funds from their 399bat account subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have passed full KYC verification prior to any withdrawal being processed.

Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met before associated winnings can be withdrawn. In-play (live) betting markets are settled based on the verified result at the conclusion of the relevant event or defined market period. Delays in live data feeds do not constitute grounds for cancellation of an in-play bet unless the market was open in error.

399bat is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following player-protection tools, all accessible through the account settings without requiring contact with support for routine limit-setting:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set and will be applied immediately when reduced. Increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a net loss threshold for defined periods. Once reached, further play is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Limits: Time-based alerts can be configured to notify players when a pre-set session duration has elapsed.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
